We coordinate with the owner, agent, inspectors, municipalities, and attorney.
We collect all existing records, information, documents, and municipal drawings.
We survey the site and buildings as needed.
We compile as-built municipal drawings.
We coordinate with our engineer to obtain the required report and SANS forms.
Our inspectors handle all required residential and commercial property inspections for “Defects Disclosure Reports”.
We conduct proactive and preventative risk assessments.
We acquire all required compliance certificates—such as electrical, beetle, fire, health and safety, and gas—from the owner. Registered professional contractors complete these, as applicable.
We prepare the plan application, including all SANS forms, submit it to the municipality, and follow up until the plans are approved.
We conduct the EPC energy performance audit and provide the report.
We facilitate the final inspection and obtain the Certificate of Occupancy with the municipal building inspector.
We create snagging lists for new and existing building projects during construction. This may include quality control of materials and labour.
We close the case with the owner, agent, and attorney, and hand over all approved building plans and certificates.
We prepare and maintain 10-year maintenance plans for sectional title properties.
We conduct tenant management pre- and post-inspections for landlords.
