Certified Delivery

Compliance Assessment
You conduct the initial, non-technical data collection and site audit required by the PPI methodology.
Engineering Income
You keep 20% of the professional fee from these complex mandates (Points 1-5) simply by acting as the client representative and securing the contract for PPI Consultants.
Expert Handoff
Once complex technical or structural issues are identified, or a certified document is needed, you engage the PPI Consultants internal network.
Direct Income
Conduct routine property inspections under the PPI guidance; you keep the full inspection fee for this service, ensuring immediate, direct income.

Candidate Requirements-
To ensure the high standards of the PPI Consultants brand are maintained, prospective partners must meet the following criteria:

Education or Experience: You must possess a minimum of a Grade 12 certificate OR have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the built environment sector.

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in standard software systems is required, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Design Familiarity: Some functional knowledge of CAD systems will be considered a distinct advantage.

Integrity: A clean criminal record is mandatory.

Business Acumen: Previous business experience (e.g., managing a business or managing large projects) will be a significant advantage.

whose technical background is rewarded with a premium, earns a 50/50 split on all high-value professional fees, while also retaining 100% of the income from residential inspections and 10-Year Maintenance Plans. 2. Annual Brand Management Fee
This fee covers your software licensing, professional backing, operational support, and the right to use the PPI Consultants brand and accreditation.
